Training built around your schedule.
For churches, schools, daycares, mom groups, clinics and workplaces. Pam adapts the curriculum, the group size and the timing to fit how your organisation actually runs.

Custom group training is CPR and first aid built to fit an organisation rather than an individual. Pam travels to churches, schools, daycares, clinics, offices and mom groups across Indianapolis and the surrounding areas, teaches the class your people actually need, and works to your calendar including evenings and weekends. Pricing depends on group size, class type and travel, so it is quoted rather than listed.
Who books this?
Church nursery and children's ministry teams. Preschools and daycare centres putting a whole staff through certification at once. Schools covering teachers, aides and coaches. Clinics and dental practices renewing a group of BLS cards together. Mom groups and MOPS chapters that want a party sized class for a bigger circle. Small businesses meeting a workplace safety requirement. Foster and adoptive parent networks.
What can be customised?
The class type, first. A staff of twenty might need BLS for six clinical people and Heartsaver for the other fourteen, and both can happen in the same visit. The emphasis can shift too. A daycare wants far more time on infant choking than on adult AED use, and a church youth team wants the opposite.
The schedule is the other half. Most organisations cannot release everyone at once, so Pam commonly runs two shorter sessions rather than one long one, or teaches an evening slot after a centre closes. Weekends are available.
Does everyone get a card?
If you book a certification course, yes, and same day. If you book a Family and Friends style session, which is what most mom groups and parent circles want, nobody gets a card and nobody needs one. Pam will tell you which one your situation calls for before you commit, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
How big can a group be?
Bigger than the ten cap on a CPR party, but not unlimited. Good CPR training is hands on, and hands on has a ceiling per instructor per manikin. Pam would rather split forty staff across three sessions than stand thirteen people around one manikin and call it training. She will tell you what she can teach properly.
Getting a quote
Send the number of people, roughly what they do, whether cards are required, and where you are. Pam quotes directly and she does not run a call centre, so the person who answers is the person who will teach the class.
Group training questions
How many people can you train at once?
It depends on the room and the mix of skills. Pam will tell you honestly how many she can teach properly in one session rather than overfilling it, and will split a large staff across sessions if that is what good training requires.
Can you mix certification levels in one visit?
Often yes. A common arrangement is BLS for the clinical staff and Heartsaver for administrative staff on the same day.
Do you teach evenings and weekends?
Yes. Most groups need out of hours slots and Pam schedules around that.
What does it cost?
It depends on the group size, the class type and travel. Tell Pam what you need and she will quote it.
Tell Pam about your group.
How many people, what they do, whether they need certification cards, and where you are. She will come back with a quote and some dates.
Give your village the gift of confidence.
Pam answers every message herself, usually the same day. Tell her roughly when and how many, and she will take it from there.
