Tell Pam roughly when.
She answers every message herself, usually the same day. If you already have a date, say so. If you are still deciding which class you need, describe your situation and she will tell you.
The fastest way to reach Pam is to call or text 317-820-8003. Most people text now, and she reads them herself. You can also email [email protected] or send the form below. She teaches across Indianapolis and the surrounding areas and travels to you, so there is no classroom to visit.
If you are booking around a due date, mention it. Those dates move, and she would rather plan for that than reschedule you twice.
What happens after you send a message?
Pam reads it herself. There is no call center, no scheduling bot and nobody else in the business, so the person who replies is the person who will be sitting on your living room floor teaching the class. She answers most messages the same day and almost all of them within twenty four hours.
Her reply will confirm whether your date is available, what the class covers, and how payment works, which is Venmo or card through Square. If you are not sure which class you need, describe your situation instead and she will tell you plainly, including when the cheaper option is the right one.
The person who replies to you is the person who turns up and teaches the class. That is the whole business.
What should I have ready before I book?
Not much, and none of it is a barrier to sending the first message. It helps if you roughly know how many people you want in the room, the part of Indianapolis you are in, and whether anyone in the group needs a certification card for work. If you have a date in mind, say it. If you are still deciding, say that too.
How much space does a class actually need?
Floor space for everyone to kneel comfortably, and that is genuinely it. A normal living room handles ten people. Pam brings the manikins, the materials and the curriculum, so there is nothing to buy, rent or set up beforehand. Most hosts put out snacks because the evening turns social, but nothing about the class requires it.
How far will Pam travel?
Further than most people expect. Her regular ground runs from Hamilton County down through Hancock, Shelby and Johnson Counties, so Fishers, Carmel and Noblesville sit alongside New Palestine, Greenfield, Shelbyville and Greenwood on her calendar. If you are somewhere nearby that is not on the service area page, ask rather than assume, because she would much rather tell you than have you decide not to call. For larger groups, or for organizations, see custom group training.
Booking around a due date
Most parents aim to have the class done by around thirty six weeks, which is covered in when to take an infant CPR class. Babies do not respect calendars, so if you are booking late in pregnancy, tell Pam the due date and she will build some slack into the scheduling rather than putting you in the last possible slot.
If you already took a class with her
Two things help enormously. Book your next one when the second baby arrives, because the class goes deeper when the basics are already in your hands. And if she did right by you, leave a Google review. For a one woman business, that is worth more than any advertising she could buy.
Follow along, or leave a review.
Pam posts classes and parties on Instagram. If she has already taught you, a Google review is the single most useful thing you can do for a one woman business.
Send Pam a message.
Tell her which class you are after, roughly how many people, and when you are hoping for. If you are not sure which class you need, say that instead and describe the situation.

The person who replies is the person who turns up.
There is no call center and nobody else in the business. Pam reads every message herself and answers most of them the same day.
